FAQ

Do you offer gluten-free baked goods?

No, we do not. We are not a gluten-free facility so we cannot guarantee that ingredients and utensils used to prepare such items have not come into contact with gluten or other allergens.

How do I place my order?

Inquiries can easily be placed through our contact form. More information might be gathered via email, a sketch is created for you and a non-refundable deposit is made to book your date.

When should I place my order?

As all our orders are custom made, we take a small number of orders to ensure attention to detail. We recommend that you place your order minimum three weeks in advance, even sooner if possible.

Do you use a box mix?

No, every order is made from scratch to yield a dense, moist, delicious cake.

How much does a cake cost?

Each cake is custom made; therefore, the price range can be from $65 to $2,000. It all depends on the number of servings and the complexity of the design.

Do I need to leave a deposit to reserve my date?

Yes, a non-refundable 40% retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The full balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available for a flat rate of $15 on all orders. We do not guarantee the safety of any cake during transportation that we do not personally deliver.

Are the cake decorations edible?

While fondant and sugar are edible, many cake decorations require internal structural supports that are inedible, as well as securing with inedible supports. We recommend removing such decorations and keeping them as souvenirs of your celebration.
